My rate per session is $165 and I am out-of-network with all insurance plans, but you may still have options for reimbursement.
Ways to Pay:
Superbills – Many insurance plans reimburse for therapy with a superbill. I can provide one after each session for easy submission.
Victims' Compensation (VCAP) – If you’ve been a victim of crime or sexual assault in Pennsylvania, VCAP may cover up to $10,000 in therapy. No police report is required for sexual assault cases. Contact me for guidance on applying.
HSA/FSA Cards – You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy. If needed, I can provide itemized receipts or a letter of medical necessity.

The length of therapy depends on your individual needs, goals, and preferences. I am committed to providing ethical care and will discuss with you when I believe you may be ready to reduce sessions or conclude therapy. My goal is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely, unless that aligns with your personal needs.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, research-backed therapy for processing trauma and distressing memories. It's especially effective if you've tried talk therapy but still feel stuck. During our consultation, we'll talk about whether EMDR makes sense for your specific situation.
-
Not at all! This is one of the most common misconceptions. Art therapy is about the process of making, not the product. You don't need any artistic skill or experience. Many clients who consider themselves "not creative" find it to be their most powerful tool in therapy.

Therapy focuses on healing from past experiences, managing current mental health symptoms, and working through emotional patterns. Coaching is more structured and goal-oriented, helping you build skills and strategies for day-to-day challenges. For ADHD specifically, I often integrate both approaches in the same treatment.
